The building and rooms are nice, with balconies. the staff is very helpful. - the hotel is conveniently located right by Da Nang, the beach, many western restaurants, and Vietnam. - It's in the middle of Jackson, which is a great location.

The breakfast was included, that was a bonus. The room we had included a seating area, a writing table, an iron and ironing board. The location was unbeatable, at a medium distance from a scenic public beach.

The place had a quiet atmosphere. I booked a room with a comfy bed, climate control, a safe box and multi-channel television. I got satisfactory breakfast, it was included.

Had a fantastic time at Dreams Hotel during my short stay. The staff were accommodating, despite language barriers. The lift was convenient for heavy luggage. WiFi was strong on the 7th floor. Close to My Khe beach with nearby dining options. Special shout out to Coco at reception for her kind gesture with breakfast, it was much appreciated.
